Ticonderoga Heritage Museum

Ticonderoga Heritage Museum Located on the edge of the beautiful Bicentennial Park, the museum features educational exhibits on the area's industrial heritage. Open May-October.

Following Labor Day, the museum is only open on Saturdays and Sundays. As a Heritage Visitors Center along the Lakes to Locks passage, we host historically accurate exhibits on the industrial history of the Ticonderoga, inspiring programs, and creative children's workshops.

We conducted a successful Industry Walking tour for lower La Chute River on Saturday. This was done in coordination with the Farmer's Market History Speaks event. It was hot and humid but most everyone hung in there. Thank you to the fife and drum contingent from Fort Ticonderoga who led the participants to our museum for the start of the tour.
