A big thank you to Jake Knauff for her wonderful presentation on the history of Forest County schools! Jake brought the past to life with a lively look at how education shaped our community throughout the 19th and 20th centuries. Her talk gave us all a deeper appreciation of the teachers, students, and one-room schoolhouses that laid the foundation for learning in Forest County.
