Happy Helpers celebrated its graduating seniors in May—congratulations Ethan, Charlsey, Tyler & Finley! Plus there was a bucket calf project meeting, the usual club business, lots of announcements and tag. Thanks also to Stephanie for donating tomato plants for 4-H members!

Fun night at the Leavenworth County 4-H Foundation meeting! Happy Helpers supports this organization through an annual donation of $100, and we also donated a baking-themed basket to the live auction which raised another $100! There was a tasty fried chicken & beef brisket dinner, a presentation from two 4-Hers who attended National 4-H Congress in Atlanta, a silent auction and even door prizes. Thanks to Lucien and Alyssa for helping serve watermelon and veggie bowls. And an even bigger thank you to the foundation for all the support it gives the county's 4-Hers!
