Gorge Glashaus

Gorge Glashaus The Gorge Glashaus is a charming hot glass studio and gallery located amongst the gardens at McMenamins' Edgefield. Owned and operated by local artists.

The Gorge Glashaus is a must see at McMenamins' Historic Edgefield Manor, a Pacific Northwest destination resort. Privately owned and operated by glass artist Peter Neff. Watch local glass artisans create unique glass art pieces, while they continue the ancient art of glassblowing. Join us amongst the flames of our 2000 degree furnaces, and watch our local artists transform blobs of molten glass

into their own artistic creation. Peruse our fine gallery/gift shop of over 9 local glass blowers, while these same artists bring their visions to life. A great stop for locals and visitors alike, we are located at McMenamins' Edgefield Resort. Spend time exploring the Columbia River Gorge and be sure to stop at the Gorge Glashaus for entertainment while shopping, and finish the day off with a fine craft beer from McMenamins' as you stroll through elaborate gardens. The Gorge Glashaus is a perfect stop for a classic Pacific Northwest day!
