Call for Art: Above the Horizon

What do you see when you look up?

We are seeking artwork inspired by everything found above the horizon line. Subjects may include skies, weather, birds and other flying creatures, aircraft, treetops, mountains, skylines, celestial bodies, the vastness of space, and more. Both literal and imaginative interpretations of the theme are welcome.

Submissions may include paintings, drawings, sculpture, mixed media, fiber art, printmaking, photography, and other fine art mediums.

Submission Guidelines:

Original artwork only

No AI-generated artwork

No video or digital projection works

No ceiling-mounted installations

Work must be ready to display

Theme ideas could include:

Sky and cloudscapes

Sunrises, sunsets, and weather

Space, galaxies, and cosmic imagery

Skylines and aerial perspectives

Flight, atmosphere, and elevation

Sun, Moon, and Stars
