New Exhibit!😀

"Elusive Glass: Ways of Working with a Strange State of Matter" explores the tools, techniques, and creative experimentation behind glassblowing through the work of Aaron Bossen, a graduating PhD student Pennstatematse. Featuring historic blown‑glass objects from the EMS Museum collection alongside newly created works, the exhibit brings together glassblowing tools, contemporary studio practice, and scientific inquiry. Glass casts of large hailstones and fossils invite visitors to reconsider a material often defined by what it is not—and to reflect on fluidity, transformation, and identity as part of Penn State’s Pride Month programming.
