Artist Statement
Artist Statement:
My art is the necessary response to new spiritual revelation, as I walk the ups and downs of life with a Savior that never leaves my side. Through my art I seek to visually communicate a theology of Scripture in contemporary daily life. My work specifically focuses on color, texture, and movement in order to communicate that which goes beyond the limitations of the written and spoken word. I do not paint merely for the sake of art itself, but rather for the glory of God. My art is a wonderful gift of the interdisciplinary work of art and theology. My hope is that those who give consideration to my work would be as blessed as I have been making it.
