hen visitors come they will be able to see the rebuild process as well as enjoy the rest of the planes that are housed there, including a B-25, A-26 Invader, C-47, and T-6. Grimes Field is also the home to the Grimes Flying Lab Foundation,dedicated to restoring the Flying Lab test vehicle, and the Mid-Eastern Regional Fly-In (MERFI), the second oldest regional fly-in in the U.S.
