I wanted to share my project, Autonomous Gallery. Over the past year and a half I’ve built it into a grassroots creative space that’s now grown into a thriving community of artists, healers, and organizers.
I’ve just launched a campaign to sustain it.
I’d be so grateful if you could contribute and share with others.

More info:
Autonomous Gallery is at a pivotal moment.
For the past year and a half, I’ve built this space into a grassroots hub for art, healing, and community. Now, the need is urgent: to keep the doors open and the space operating.
The Ask:
Rising costs are putting pressure on the gallery’s ability to continue.
Goal: $20,000 to stay open through the end of the year
Stretch: $30,000 to expand the space and move toward a nonprofit model
Breakdown:
Rent: $14,000
Licenses, fees, insurance: $1,500
Utilities: $700
Maintenance & safety: $1,000
Technology & operations: $2,800
Why It Matters
This is a space for artists without access, people seeking connection, and creativity as a tool for healing and change.
Why Now
The community is here. The work is alive.
What’s at risk is continuity.
The Impact
Your support keeps a grassroots, community-rooted art space alive in the Bay Area.
This isn’t about scaling - it’s about sustaining something real.
If you believe in spaces like this, I invite you to support.
May we all get free together.
