Made a few more pieces last night, also got to do chest rig holster, that was a first.

Also added a few prep pictures, so you can see the smoke and mirrors of blue tape and popsicle sticks. 😂

A little before and after...

So this is how I build a holster, alot of blue tape, some popsicle sticks and thin pieces of wood for consistent spacing.

Mocking up the mold takes time. I try not to rush this part, because messing up here can effect the finished product.

So if I have multiple light bearing holsters to make of different models, this is the process for each weapon.

With this setup I will make a few for different customers.

There are alot of steps in between, but this is what the finished product looks like.

Every now and then I get to make something for myself.

Last year I made a IWB holster with a Duct Tape pattern. Jokingly, I called it the Economy Line.

So tonight, I added afew more pieces to the lineup. A Light Bearing OWB and Dual Mag Carrier all in the Duct Tape theme.

Absolutely love it!!!
