Looking for loving home for my Cat
Benny Needs a New Loving Home š¾
Hello everyone,
Iām looking for a new home for my beloved cat, Benny, I call him Benny Boots, he has fluffy white paws! This is a very difficult decision for me and my family, but unfortunately, due to allergies several of our family members have, we are unable to keep him. My main priority is finding a caring, responsible, and loving new home where he will be happy and well taken care of.
About Benny
Age: 1.5 Benny was born on May 20, 2024
Breed: Not sure, but he looks like a Tabby
Personality: Very affectionate, loves attention, lap cat, playful
Favorite Activities: lounging in sunny spots, looking out the window, plays with his 3 siblings and seeks attention from his Mom who we also have in our house, he loves playing with toys, loves being petted, loves sitting on your lap.
Health: No known health issues, up to date on vaccinations, he is neutered, he eats dry and wet cat foods. Has never scratched and never bitten anyone.
Other Pets: Benny was born in our home along with his 3 litter mates, 2 females, one other male. We rescued his Mom who showed up at my home a little over a year ago, and moved in! We didn't know she was pregnant until we took her to the Vet, soon after we realized she did not want to leave the comfort of our home. She delivered 4 healthy beautiful kittens in our home in May 2024. We've had all 4 kittens and the Mom every since. We had difficulty rehoming the kittens soon after their birth. We thought we could keep at least two of the cats. Unfortunately, we didn't realize how many family members are allergic, including myself, our grandchildren and our adult children and extended family members who live with us. My grandchildren suffer tremendously when they visit.
What I'm Looking for in a New Home:
Iād love for Benny to go to a home who would welcome the love and affection of a lap cat. He would be happiest in an indoor environment, although I know he would love to go outside, but we do not allow him to go outside. I think he would warm up to other cats or kittens quickly. I think he would do well in a single cat home too, as he loves all of the attention. Ideally, Iād like to find someone who is experienced with cats and understands the patience and care they need. He does well with children too. He is very friendly and does not scurry when guest arrive.
Note:
I will be posting his siblings soon as well, one other boy and 2 females.
Rehoming Assistance:
I am able to help with cat food, litter to the lucky family who wants to make Benny a loving addition to their family, for the first several months.
