I just finished a bouquet using the flowers from Botanical 1 and 2. This is just one of the 2 final exam projects....the other one is a vase arrangement which I’m working on already.

I just finished 2 arrangements, the reason why my Botanical 2 was put on hold. The amaryllis is for my sister’s birthday on Dec.8 and the other arrangement is for a friend celebrating her birthday today. Anyway, all flowers are made of clay and I even made those pots and covered it with Deco Clay, Decorating Paste and stamp and painted them using aging technique... my way of making cheap pots look expensive.

I just finished Botanical 1 Flower Course, a tutorial video offered by Deco Claycraft Academy for certified instructors and if you are interested in learning this flower course, look for the nearest instructor in your area. This is a very fun and easy way to create botanically correct lifelike clay flowers.

I’m done with my quarantine project! When my oven and refrigerator gave up on me, I decided to change my kitchen since I’ll wait for the delivery in almost a month. I did a lot of painting ( with help from Bing, my sister) and added cherry blossoms out of clay “Claycraft by Deco”. I used Dixie Belle paint and finished it with General Finishes top coat and cherry blossom and Aviary moulds from Redesign by Prima.

A simple floor change turned into a complicated and ambitious project.....While installing the vinyl flooring, our refrigerator and oven gave up on us so I have to change and buy a new one. It won’t be delivered not until 3 weeks so I have to get a temporary freezer and depend on our grill for cooking our food.(Somestimes my sister and some friends bring lunch for us) This is when I thought of changing our kitchen cabinet....first time since we moved here. Thanks to my sister Angela Guinto Bohe for helping me sand and paint the cabinets while I do the cherry blossoms to accent the cabinet doors. Yes, those cherry blossoms are all made of clay (Claycraft by Deco) and I use the Re-design by Prima cherry blossom mould. It’s not even half way done but I’m loving it already. It will take a while before I show the finished project.

I altered an old picture frame by painting it with chalk paint and aged it. The background is also made of clay and some molds I got and of course, the main attraction are my clay flowers all made from Claycraft by Deco. There are 3 of them but I’m still thinking of the color and the kind of flower to put on the 3rd frame.
