It is with heavy hearts that we share some difficult news with our community.

After much consideration, we have made the decision to close the Cranberry Discovery Center, the Gift Shop, and Shirley Ann’s Café.

These spaces were created with the hope of celebrating our local history, supporting tourism, and providing a welcoming place where neighbors, visitors, and friends could gather. We are incredibly grateful for the support, encouragement, and kindness so many of you have shown us along the way. Every visit, every conversation, and every shared memory meant more to us than you may realize.

While this chapter is coming to an end, we remain proud of what these places represented: community, connection, and the rich cranberry heritage of our area.

We want to sincerely thank everyone who supported us — our customers, volunteers, partners, and friends. You helped make these spaces special.

Our last day open will be Saturday March 14th

Shirley Ann’s Café is looking for a reliable, experienced Part-Time Cook to join our team! This position has the opportunity to grow into full-time hours once the tourist season begins.

Position Details:
-Status: Part-Time
-Hours: Flexible scheduling; daytime hours
-Opportunity for increased hours during peak tourist season

Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook menu items according to café standards
-Assist with breakfast and lunch service
-Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
-Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
-Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Qualifications:
-Previous cooking or kitchen experience required
-Dependable and punctual
-Able to work independently and as part of a team
-Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting kitchen equipment as needed
-Positive attitude and strong work ethic
