"Standing Tall Again: Preserving and Restoring Our Historic Waterford Union of Churches Cemetery" is on August 30th! Come join us for an engaging program about the long-term restoration of the Waterford Union of Churches Cemetery (including a walkthrough of the cemetery), and what it takes to preserve a cemetery from Howard Wellman- an objects conservator specializing in historic cemetery monuments, outdoor sculptures, and public art who completed the much needed restoration work at the Waterford Union of Churches Cemetery!

The program will be on Sunday, August 30th at 2pm, and is free to attend! It starts with a talk at the Waterford Old School (40222 Fairfax Street, Waterford VA) followed by a quick walk over to the Waterford Union of Churches Cemetery.

Tickets are now on sale for the 6th Annual Waterford Fair Welcome Dinner! Kick off Fair weekend with a relaxing evening at Talbott's Tavern on the Old School Lawn.
