At the Waterford Open House, join us for special programs exploring everything from the flora and fauna of the Phillips Farm to the high tech world of archaeology! These special programs dive further into the work of the Waterford Foundation and our partners in the Waterford National Historic Landmark!

On Saturday at 2pm, come explore the natural side of the Waterford National Historic Landmark on a guided walk of the Phillips Farm with our friends at the Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy. You will meet your docents at the Waterford Old School and then walk down to the Phillips Farm!

On Sunday at 2pm, learn about the high tech world of archaeology and the student-led project to digitize the Collins Cottage Archaeology Project. This is presented by the Lightridge High School Archaeology program, and is hosted at the Waterford Mill (40105 Main Street)!

And on Sunday, don't miss your chance to pick up a free baby tree to take home from our friends at the Planting for the Piedmont program while supplies last!

Dive further into the history of Waterford on a Guided Walking Tour at the Waterford Open House where you can experience the Waterford National Historic Landmark and walk through the history of the village with an experienced docent! There are two approximately 90 minute long guided walking tour happening each day of the Open House at 12:30pm and 2:30pm, and leave from the Waterford Old School. Tickets are $20, and can be purchased either ahead of time or day of.
