Watertown Art Association The mission of the Watertown Art Association is to stimulate and promote
the appreciation and practice of fine art among the Greater Boston community

Watertown Art Association was founded in 1952 to promote the practice and appreciation of art in and around Watertown, Massachusetts. Our membership is not limited to residents, but open to all in the Greater Boston community of artists and art patrons. Our members create art in a variety of media: Watercolor, Acrylic, Oils, Graphic Media, Photography, Fiber Arts, Sculpture and more. We offer mont

hly meetings from October through May an the second Tuesday of the month, and host an Annual Members' Exhibit. We provide a scholarship to a graduating Watertown High School senior persuing an education in the arts.

In the depth of winter, a lantern glows warmly… Join artist Gowri Savoor for an awesome lantern making workshop coming up Friday, October 18 - FREE professional development workshop for teachers; on Saturday and Sunday, October 19 and 20 - large scale lantern making workshop only $50; and Monday, October 21 - two all ages small scale lantern workshops only $10!
