ArtQuilt Elements at the Wayne Art Center The 12th annual exhibition of Art Quilt Elements will be on view at the Wayne Art Center from March 18 through April 30, 2016. Art Quilt Elements has two goals.

The first is to exhibit the superb design, craftsmanship and technique of the artists devoted to this medium. Presenting the work of artists who push the boundaries of what has been and what they envision, we demonstrate how art can be created when fabric is the chosen medium. The excellence of the quilts on exhibition also enables us to achieve our second goal: to educate visitors and the art world about the art quilt and its place as a contemporary art form.

Wayne Art Center is now accepting artist applications for Art Quilt Elements 2026. The 17th exhibition of this internationally acclaimed juried show seeks to attract a unique collection of contemporary fine art quilts from around the world. Widely praised by reviewers and artists for the presentation of the work as well as the commitment to promoting the quilt as a fine art form, Art Quilt Elements 2026 offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity for quilt artists looking to share their work with the general public. Selected art quilts will be on view at Wayne Art Center March 23 – April 25, 2026.
