Owners and Studio Artists Night at Studio Unknown
Are you a gallery owner who never gets to go on the First Friday gallery crawls? Are you an artist who holds down the fort in your studio when all your friends are gallivanting throughout the Village of West Greenville and beyond on First Fridays?
Weep no more!! Studio Unknown has not one, but two, yes, two solutions.
First of all is our First Monday Evening for Gallery Owners and Studio Artists. Come get a preview of what the First Friday revelers will see. Don’t feel left out any longer, but instead....in the know.
First Friday, the clock is rounding 9:00 pm, your eyes are bleary, your feet are sore and the corks have escaped all the wine bottles.
Meet your friends who are already attending First Fridays after 9 pm for our after party which goes until...
Out of libations? BYOB or purchase tickets Need to sit and put your feet up? We provide couches. We are famous for deep, comfy couch's. Want to look at art other than yours on the walls? We fill our walls with the unexpected. Want to be pampered, entertained, surprised....awakened? We have a highly trained staff, a sense of the unknown, a whimsical fancy for tiny instances of entry into the liminal world. Around our fire pit, on our mystical patio, the Hidden Outlook Sanctuary, all your senses will be caressed by the four elements: fire from our fire pit, torches and candleglow, the earth beneath your feet littered with rose petals or broken statuary, the history of eras at your fingertips. The wind in your hair and in the branches wafting the aromas of jasmine and honeysuckle.... the sound of water, the taste of wine on your tongue. Even Bacchus is jealous of our hideaway. The flutter of birdwing with our red-headed woodpecker, doves, cardinals, finches and what was that I just heard??? Chickens? A rooster?
You may experience spontaneous moments of poetry or music, living art installations and magic....yes there will always be magic.
Yes, indeed, you never know what to expect at Studio Unknown.
