After years of making stained glass, I wanted a tool that would help me snug hobby came tightly against the glass and make the process easier. My husband who's a machinist, took the idea into his machine shop and brought it to life.
Today we're excited to introduce our new Hobby Came Fid—machined from aluminum, handcrafted in our family shop, and designed by stained glass artists for stained glass artists.
This is the exact tool I use in my own studio, and I'm so excited to finally share it with all of you!

The horseshoe was a gift from my sister and I want to hang it over the shop door but I thought i should add some stained glass. I love the patriotic theme and the star in the middle is from an old piece of flag I found at the cemetery years ago. This was really the last little piece of it. I love how its coming out!
