Springtime in the Rockies!! Had to hit the trail. Gibson trailhead is such an easy hop on to the rainbow trail, with old mine tailings and pond to the left and a beautiful valley overlook to the right…. Green is popping out on every tree and colorful birds are everywhere this week!

You can continue for miles in either direction, and access more challenging wilderneess trails close by, but this was my first outing after a knee replacement so just wanted an easy “meander”.

Some snow/rain/moisture coming tomorrow but the weekend forecast looks to be beautiful and sunny again! 🌞🌺🌞 🥾🥾🥾

The signs of springtime in the Rockies are everywhere! Momma bird comes back every year to this nest💕 🐦 💕 and the Aspen‘s that surround the ravens off main location are just about to explode!

It was a beautiful day to take the pooch and ourselves out to the lake for a little walk. 🐕

Hey MOM!! Why are we not out on a trail!?? Gibson trailhead with these beautiful sunny days, snow capped peaks, and Addie the wonderful trail dog does not disappoint. The creeks are running, and the smell of spring is already in the air…. Surely some big spring snows will still happen, but for now time to get out and enjoy hiking the trails. 🥾 🏔️

Got a minute to give me some opinions? 😜

Could really use some feedback on this link that has been developed so far for all the local raised beef, meats, produce, and agricultural products available in the Westcliffe, Custer County, Wet Mountain Valley area.

Need to know how easy this is to use and find what a shopper might be looking for, as well as if it would inspire an actual purchase to buy beef, produce, and agricultural products?

Seeing this information at this point, would you come back again in the future?

In this area is an impressive collection of ranchers raising quality beef/cattle/hay and now farmers and agricultural products… Does this information help convey that?
