✨ So much gratitude for this community…

We want to take a moment to say a special thank you to some of the businesses and individuals who donated to the event. The Empowered Kids Community Fund is now a reality and will help us continue supporting neurodivergent children and families in meaningful ways.

We’ve started displaying some of the sponsor signs at our learning center as a small way to recognize the impact you’ve made—your support is seen and felt every day.

We are so grateful to be surrounded by such an incredible community 💛

All day, I kept thinking about what made this event so meaningful—and what it really comes down to is connection and community.

When Empowered Kids was just a few clients and a small team of us figuring things out as we went, we used to dream about the lives we could touch one day and the ways we could show up for families.

Last night, we got to see that come to life.

So many incredible people showed up. The night was filled with kindness, love, and genuine connection. There was a community of people—all connected by their experiences with autism in one way or another—coming together to support something bigger than themselves.

From the decorated golf carts to the bracelets and pins that people proudly wore, it was truly special to witness something that, at one point, we had only hoped might one day exist.

And now, not only has that vision come to life—but because of the funds raised, we’re able to take the next step forward.

The Empowered Kids Community Fund was created because of everyone who showed up, donated, golfed, and helped bring this event together. This fund will allow us to support even more families—especially those who may face financial barriers to accessing services and opportunities.

It’s built on love.
On kindness.
On connection.
On community.

And that feels really, really special 💛

Stay tuned—we’ll be sharing some well-deserved shoutouts to our incredible sponsors who helped make this all possible

Tonight was filled with so much love, connection, and kindness. Thank you to everyone who participated in the golf tournament in one way or another. My heart feels so full and I am left without words at the moment. So for tonight, I will leave you with pictures until I can figure out how to take all these emotions and process them into words. Thank you, thank you, thank you 💚🧡💛

🌈 Something special is happening…

We’re thrilled to share that Empowered Kids will be part of the first annual Swing Fore the Spectrum on April 29th at Twin Hills Country Club ⛳️

This event is all about coming together to support our local neurodivergent community—and we’re excited to begin building something meaningful with the funds raised.

💛 Proceeds will go toward launching the Empowered Kids Community Fund, which will help:
• Provide scholarships for social groups and services
• Expand access to community-based experiences and outings
• Support families who may otherwise face barriers to accessing care and connection

If you know us, you know that everything we do is rooted in building belonging, connection, and real-life opportunities for the children and families we serve—and this is just the beginning.

We would love your support, whether that’s golfing, sponsoring, or donating a raffle item.

We’re so excited to see this addition to the Holyoke St. Patrick’s Parade this year 💚

NEW for the 2026 Holyoke St. Patrick’s Parade — Sensory Friendly Area

The St. Patrick’s Committee of Holyoke is proud to introduce a Sensory Friendly section along the 2026 parade route — designed to provide a quieter, lower-stimulus experience for those who prefer it.

📍 Location: Appleton Street from Elm Street through Maple Street
(Wind-down begins at Walnut Street)

What to expect in this two-block area:
• No sirens, horns, or revving engines
• No flashing or emergency lights
• String instruments only (no percussion or brass)

Sensory Friendly spaces help reduce loud noise and visual stimulation, creating a more comfortable experience for individuals with sensory sensitivities.

✅ No sign-up or registration required — this area is open to everyone who prefers a calmer parade experience.

🗺️ A parade map and signage will clearly mark the Sensory Friendly Area so spectators can plan ahead.

Because the parade should be welcoming for all. ☘️

Thank you for your support Miracle League of Western Ma and Magic for Maddie
