The Carroll County Arts Council has partnered with the City of Westminster for Four decades to present this annual outdoor cultural festival that is held the first Saturday in June on the beautiful grounds of Westminster City Hall. Bring the kids for a free craft activity to inspire artists of the future! A small food court and live music round out this family friendly outdoor festival!

One of Carroll County's favorite traditions is back!

Join us this Saturday, June 6, from 10 AM–4 PM on the beautiful grounds of Westminster City Hall for a day filled with:

Visit any Carroll County Arts Council tent to enter our Art in the Park Raffle! The first 50 attendees will receive a free raffle entry, and prizes include original artwork, Arts Council movie passes, gift cards, and more!
