Front Desk Receptionist Summary: Represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest’s stay by working with all hotel personnel to ensure every guest experiences superior customer care. Responsibilities include registering guests, assigning rooms, accommodating special requests, and ensuring the guests have a pleasant stay and smooth checkout.

->Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
->Make and confirm reservations.
->Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, guest registration, and travel directions, or make recommendations regarding shopping, dining, or entertainment.
->Clean and maintain lobby and common areas, such as restocking supplies and watering plants.
->Record guest comments or complaints, referring customers to managers as necessary.

Clean guests rooms to hotel standards, including but not limited to changing lines, dusting and surface cleaning, vacuuming carpets and cleaning bathrooms.
Remove used guest amenities and trash and replenish as needed.
Restock housekeeping carts with supplies.
