Raymond (Ray) Justin Buell, Jr. passed away at Sentry Hill at York Harbor, York, ME on May 25, 2023, at age 91. He was a teacher at Mannheim Elementary School in Germany. Previously, he served in the Infantry during the Korean conflict and was wounded. He graduated from Boston University where he was on the rowing team. He is survived by his sister, Joy, in Massachusetts. There will be a private burial in Massachusetts in August. The rowing team coaches will have a memorial for him at the University in October in August.
