Join us on Saturday, September 19 for Highlighting Your Heritage: Blomkest, a community celebration marking 100 years since the town was incorporated in 1926.

🏛️ 2:00-5:00 PM | Blomkest Community Center Discover historical artifacts and memorabilia and share your own stories at the Let's Talk Blomkest Oral History Station.

🌳 4:00-6:00 PM | Blomkest City Park Enjoy a pulled pork meal hosted by the Blomkest Sportsmen's Club and fun activities for kids and families.

Let's honor our past, celebrate our present, and inspire future generations!

Show off your creativity in the Kandiyohi County Historical Society's Scarecrow Decorating Competition! Create a one-of-a-kind scarecrow and display it on our grounds throughout October for the community to enjoy.

🌾 Scarecrow Setup: September 28 - October 2 (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
🗳️ Community Voting: October 5 - October 31
