Today the Delaware National Guard honored two of their best Enlisted members with the coveted COL S.B.I. Duncan Award.
TSgt David Buchanan, of the 166th Force Cyber OPNS Squadron and SGT Jamel Howard, of the DET 1, CO C, 1st BN 126 Aviation.
Dr. Beth Duncan and the Delaware National Guard officiated the award ceremony .
