The Windsor Locks Historical Society invites residents aged 55 and older to our third luncheon at the Senior Citizen Center on May 13, 2026. To reserve your spot, please reach out to Lori Lapoint at the center. In-town residents' fee is $12, while out-of-town residents' fee is $14.

Golumpki
Kielbasa and sauerkraut
Buttered noodles
Glazed carrots
Honey glaze chicken wings
Bavarian cream dessert

In addition, we will be offering the sale of a few of newly grown selected plants in the greenhouse at their lowest price of the season.

300 seedlings were transplanted today and all existing plants were rearranged, with the total number of plants exceeding 1000.

Another 120 transplants! Cucumbers, Amish paste tomatoes ,cilantro, Zinnias, and blanket flowers

Each December on National Wreaths Across America Day, our mission to Remember, Honor and Teach is carried out by coordinating wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery, as well as over 5,200 additional locations in all 50 U.S. states, at sea, and abroad.
