I was devastated by the news of Dana Alexanders passing. Dana was one of the kindest, coolest guys I ever knew. I will cherish the memories of the many times we jammed together and the crazy conversations about weird and wonderful things. Dana and I both joined Jeff Montgomery in the studio to record Jeff's "Northbound Train", and I'm so glad we did. Love you, man!

Oh, man. I was so sad to hear about my friend Bo. Bo and I connected through our art, and did a number of shows together over the past 15 years or so. Bo Gray was kind, gentle, sharp as a tack, and a seriously creative man. He just the best guy in the world to sit and shoot the s**t with over a cup of coffee at Krankee's.
My heart goes out to his family and his many friends. RIP, my friend.

To call Bowman "Bo" Gray IV a Renaissance man is both fitting and just scratching the surface of who he was as a man, husband, father, businessman, artist and benefactor.

The Check-up is pleased to be a part of the Cosmic Summit 2024 in Greensboro June 14-17th at the Khoury Convention Center.
