Hà Nội đang vào một giai đoạn của các qui hoạch sang thời kì hiện đại hoá, các ngôi nhà con phố sẽ dần dần chuyển thành các toà nhà cao tầng và các khu dân cư hiện đại. Những con phố xưa cũ thế kỉ 20 sẽ mãi là hình ảnh kí ức trong tâm trí những người bước chân qua thủ đô ngàn năm văn hiến. rất may mắn bố chúng tôi đã lưu lại những dòng kí ức đó qua những nét vẽ và sắc màu của thời gian. Một hình ảnh Hà Nội xưa sẽ mãi là những giá trị lịch sử để thế hệ sau hiểu hơn về nguồn gốc xuất xứ của quê hương mình.
