Exhibition Walk-through | 3 Weeks of Design 2026

On Saturday 06.06.2026 and Sunday 07.06.2026, Gallery Medium will host two Exhibition Walk-through sessions as part of 3 Weeks of Design 2026.
This year’s competition presents more than 45 finalist works from a diverse range of disciplines and backgrounds, including designers, artists, and participants beyond the design field. Responding to the theme “A Seat for Anywhere”, the finalists offer distinct interpretations that explore how design can shape experiences, interactions, and everyday life.
The walk-through sessions provide an opportunity to gain deeper insight into the concepts, processes, and narratives behind the exhibited works.

Vào Thứ Bảy 06.06.2026 và Chủ Nhật 07.06.2026, Gallery Medium sẽ tổ chức hai buổi Exhibition Walk-through trong khuôn khổ 3 Weeks of Design 2026.
Mùa thi năm nay giới thiệu hơn 45 tác phẩm vào vòng chung kết đến từ nhiều lĩnh vực và nền tảng khác nhau, bao gồm các nhà thiết kế, nghệ sĩ và những cá nhân ngoài ngành thiết kế. Thông qua đề bài “A Seat for Anywhere”, các tác phẩm mang đến những cách diễn giải đa dạng về cách thiết kế có thể định hình trải nghiệm, tương tác và đời sống thường nhật.
Buổi tham quan sẽ là cơ hội để tìm hiểu sâu hơn về ý tưởng, quá trình phát triển và câu chuyện đằng sau các tác phẩm đang được trưng bày.

3 WEEKS OF DESIGN ‘26- CERAMIC EXHIBITION

As part of ‘Made for Living’, the theme of 3 Weeks of Design 2026, this year’s ceramics exhibition brings together 18 ceramists whose works explore the relationship between making, living, and everyday use.

From functional vessels to sculptural forms, each piece reflects the unique perspective of its maker while celebrating the beauty of craftsmanship, materiality, and daily rituals. Together, the exhibition highlights the quiet presence of ceramic objects in the spaces we inhabit and the lives we lead.

Featured are the artworks of ceramists Kate Trâm Nguyễn, Zeynep Nguyễn, Aerie Potter, Jet Trịnh.

Last night marked the opening of the third edition of 3 Weeks of Design, launching three concurrent exhibitions and bringing together a vibrant community of designers, artists, makers, and creatives from Vietnam and beyond.

3 Weeks of Design returns this May for its third season with the theme “Made for Living.” Running from May 30 – June 21, 2026 at Gallery Medium, this year’s edition is presented with the support of main sponsor Dulux Vietnam, bringing together more than 45 emerging designers and 17 ceramic artists, alongside independent furniture designers and local brands across Vietnam.

Running in parallel with the competition and furniture exhibitions, the ceramics exhibition explores the expressive possibilities of clay through works by independent ceramic artists and studios, including Ami Au Ceramics, Trần Minh Thái, Ngây Ceramics, and many others currently practicing across Vietnam.

Introducing Yeshi as the official Opening Night Partner of 3 Weeks of Design 2026, joining this year’s celebration as our exclusive catering partner and the final touch to an evening of design, conversation, and gathering.

Inspired by the vibrant culture of Taiwanese night markets, Yeshi Taiwanese Kitchen presents a casual yet thoughtful dining experience through a refined and contemporary lens by Culinary Director Anaïs Ca Dao. Returning for its second season, 3 Weeks of Design competition, centered around the design prompt “A Seat for Anywhere,” joins the event with an open-ended exploration of how people live, sit, rest, and interact with space today. The competition received more than 200 submissions from Vietnam and abroad. From these, over 45 finalists were selected ranging from professional designers to independent artists and self-taught creatives. Awards will be presented in five categories: Best Design, Best Concept, Best Fabrication, Best Sustainable Practice, and People’s Favourite, all voted by the public. Results will be announced at the closing ceremony on 21.06.2026.
