๐Ÿš‚ NEW VIDEO SERIES LAUNCHING TONIGHT! ๐Ÿš‚

Tonight at 7:00 PM, the Cincinnati Railroad Club drops the first installment of an exclusive five-part video series exploring the iconic Cincinnati Union Terminal!

A new episode will premiere every Wednesday for the next five weeks on our YouTube channel, and the entire series is free to watch.

๐ŸŽฅ Tonightโ€™s Premiere: We dive deep into the backstory of transportation in the Queen City and explore exactly why Cincinnati desperately needed a true "union terminal."

During the golden age of passenger rail, Union Terminal was the beating heart of travelโ€”the grand gateway where passengers from all over the country connected to head north, south, east, and west. To bring this history to life, weโ€™ve dug into the Cincinnati Railroad Club archives to share a treasure trove of rarely-seen photographs and historic maps.

We hope you enjoy the journey back in time!

Our latest video is officially live on YouTube! Join the Cincinnati Railroad Club for a captivating presentation by guest photographer William Gill as he breaks down his unique process for creating "hauntingly beautiful" nighttime scenes.

From his roots in scale modeling to spending hours trackside waiting for the perfect moment, Gill shares how he uses selective lighting on full-scale railroad sets across the American landscape to completely shift how we look at industrial spaces.

๐Ÿ“ก Repeater: Valley Repeater (GMRS Channel 20)
๐Ÿ”ง Frequencies & Tones:

๐Ÿš‡ The "Ghost" Subway of the Queen City ๐Ÿš‡
Ever wonder what lies beneath the streets of Cincinnati? Join the Cincinnati Railroad Club as we take a deep dive into the city's most famous "What If?" project.

Based on the work of local historian Jacob Mecklenborg, weโ€™re exploring the rise and fall of the Cincinnati Rapid Transit plan. From the original 1910s blueprints to the failed 1930s attempts to save the project for streetcars, itโ€™s a fascinating look at how the rise of the automobile left these tunnels in the dark.
