I’ve created a new class for my students to refine their creative pursuits. Teaching has always pulled at my heart just as strongly as painting—it’s safe to say they share equal space in my life.

A little something I worked on earlier in my life and hung on my wall at home! 😁🌺🌸

The migration of the Japanese Blue Crane symbolizes the transition from summer to the arrival of autumn and winter. The four cranes represent the four seasons, while the bare landscape reflects aging and the later stages of life. Though life continues beyond seventy, the reality of old age becomes ever more present.

Some days leave a quiet kind of joy in their wake—the kind that doesn’t shout, but lingers like the last rays of sun on a still horizon.

"At the End of a Perfect Day" is my attempt to bottle that feeling: the soft glow of contentment, the peaceful hush after the laughter fades, and the beauty of knowing everything, for a moment, was just right.
