Whale House The Whale Museum officially opened in 2008. It hosts a full scale (real) skeleton of a juvenile SR whale that beached in Hawston.

ed displays teach about sea pollution and the effects it has on marine life. Entrance fees for this museum is R30/adult and R10/child (3-18). The museum is open Monday – Saturday from 9am – 4:30 pm daily and Sundays and Public holidays 11am -3pm.
