pressing rewind ⏪ to the Botswana Foucs with .online and Botswana private event in Gaborone that was earlier this year for the visual creative entities . Botswana took Centre stage this year curated by , with extraordinary skills and Organisation 🙌🏾.

On our roaster is - Maun holding it hard and representing Ngamiland - Home of the Okavango Delta 🍃🍃

These images are the reflections of both events and more sometimes the enthusiasts,collectors and artists make it all worth the while by being present. We meet the most coolest , calmest and loudest souls and sometimes we need this noise or silence to feel the Art. 🤍🙌🏾Re a Leboga

Happy New Month Spacers !!!! 🍃

We’ve had a visit from the Ambassador of Ukraine 🇺🇦 to Botswana, Dr. Oleksiy Syvak and his entourage Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Botswana

Not only did we geek out over art, but we also discovered a kindred spirit who’s a collector himself . He met Boifang Samaje “BF” who is our permanent resident artist and they had a talk about birds of the world 🦅 🦢and Botswana Safari 🪷

The conversation and tour of cultural exchange, collaboration ideas, and a commitment to bridging our nations through art and diplomacy was a good one to have .
Here’s to forging new paths and making some unforgettable art-tastic memories!

Being invited to speak at the 10th World Summit on Arts and Culture in Seoul (27-30 May )was both an honour and a deeply meaningful experience for our Gallerist ,Thank you to International Federation of Arts Councils and Culture Agencies - Magdalena Morelo and Arts Council Korea
We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the final plenary, *Future Horizons: Roadmap for a Just and Sustainable Future for Arts and Culture* - this was so relevant!

Sharing my experiences from home 🇧🇼🍃,
Atang spoke about the challenges and hopes we hold as creatives ,hubs working within shifting cultural landscapes. We also issued a call to action—urging us all to centre justice, access, and sustainability in how we imagine the future of the arts.
The conversations on that stage were honest, urgent, and inspiring. Seoul is so beautiful and experiencing the culture and K-POP vibes 😉
A feeling of connectedness to a global community of cultural workers who are committed to real change. Thank you for valuing voices —it was a moment of purpose.

Let’s press rewind ⏪ and play ⏯️▶️to March - in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia 🌍

We’re proud to have officially launched our entity a bold step forward in our vision to connect, create, and collaborate across the continent through the arts!

As part of this expansion, the rebranding of run by 🎨🤝 From Maun to Addis Ababa, meant migrating to weaving a new narrative of African creativity and solidarity.

Credit to / for our logo designs and visually understanding our story since its inception — a branded identity rooted in heritage, contemporary dialogue, and cross-cultural exchange from logos

We also paid a courtesy call to the Embassy of the Republic of Botswana to Ethiopia 🇪🇹 🇧🇼 as entities exploring nations
2025 has continued deeper cross-cultural collaborations across Southern and Eastern Africa.
Artists, curators, and storytellers — we see you, we celebrate you, and we’re building with you.

Exactly last week from this date , we had the No.1 Art Award Second Edition Ceremony - Second Edition.

Do you know what that means ? 🧐

A celebration of creativity, community, and culture ,made even more special by the support and presence of Alexander McCall Smith , who personally awarded the winners more than BWP3k each as incentive to get materials and be motivated .

🌧️ As rain poured during the ceremony, we embraced it as a powerful symbol of P**a to our internationals and local guests .
Plenty blessings flowing abundantly over Botswana.
The musical creative team behind The No.1 Ladies’ Detective Agency joined us, alongside local community members, artists, and organisations who continue to uplift the arts. It was a magical, rain-kissed evening that affirmed the power of art and unity.

Even Mma Ramotswe (painting by Sick O Art- first frame 🥹) ” joined us in spirit having her classic fruit cake 🍰 and classical african rooibos bush tea as the weather showed off .

Design Miami re-cap 🏡
First of all, there is no rule that says anything is impossible to make right?
From furniture design, to car Designs, to textile and jewelry is what designed Miami gave us.

From the super cool designs and designers and amazing talk shows about wellness and design as well as sustainability . We got a chance to go into what the designer thinks,their beliefs & innovative concepts challenging their practices.

We would definitely return back to design Miami only because of its fresh perspective and cool people we met 👌🏾
