This forest was being forgotten. Some passionate people said no.

Lynnwood Pine Forest in Pretoria East was overgrown, littered, and unsafe. Not because nobody needed it but because nobody was looking after it.

The Fortis Collective changed that. With their own time, their own money, and no external funding whatsoever, they began showing up every week to clean, clear, and restore this beautiful pine forest.

Today it's alive again. Dog walkers, families, kids doing arts and crafts, neighbours meeting for the first time all of it free. All of it made possible by donations from people who believe public spaces matter.

Here's what Fortis Collective does with community support:
✅Forest clean-ups and maintenance
✅ Free events and activities for all ages
✅ Clearing pathways and removing litter consistently
✅ Building a culture of care in Pretoria East

This isn't a once-off project. It's a long-term commitment and it needs your help to keep going.
