FITRA ART - SILENT AUCTION - HAJJ FUNDRAISER

Al-Qadr" (قدر) refers to the concept of divine decree or predestination in Islam, encompassing the belief that Allah knows and has predetermined everything that will happen. It's also the name of the 97th chapter of the Quran, which celebrates the night of power, Laylat al-Qadr.

ONLINE SILENT AUCTION RULES
1. Bidding will be open from 6:00am Monday 17th March, 2025 until the close at 10:00pm Sunday 23rd March, 2025.
2. By bidding in the Online Silent Auction, each bidder agrees to these auction rules.
3. FITRA Arts reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the Online Silent Auction.
4. Auction item purchases are final. No returns or exchanges will be issued. All items are “as is”.
6. To make a bid for an Online Silent Auction item, simply type the amount you wish to bid in the comment section of the item post on Facebook. The opening bid on each item will be listed. Each subsequent bid must follow the minimum increment of R50.00. Any bids not adhering to this format will be declared invalid and voided.
7. You may bid on any item in any Silent Auction section until the item is closed. The official time will be based on South African Standard Time (SAST), which corresponds to UTC +2.
10. Once the auction is declared closed, the last bid entered on the comment section that adheres to the designated increment shall constitute the winning bid and will so be marked. In the event of a dispute, the Fitra Arts Online Silent Auction Chair will act as the final authority.
12. The winning bidder will be contacted to arrange payment (cash, check). Once payment has been processed, arrangements for pick-up/shipping/courier (arranged by you) of the item will be determined.
13. Payment for items purchased must be made in full. We accept cash, or direct transfer to:

14. Any item left unclaimed will be offered to the next highest bidder and sold.
