Situated at 1158 High Street Armadale since 1993, gallery owner Brett Ross has been sourcing fine original vintage posters from Paris and outlying France. Our interest spans the 20th Century; including posters by Toulouse-Lautrec, Jules Cheret and Pierre Bonnard. Art Deco works by Cassandre, Loupot and Dupin. We endeavor to hold a large stock of original vintage posters that represent good graphic

work right across the 20th Century. We have promoted interest in the works of RAYMOND SAVIGNAC, BERNARD VILLEMOT and RENE GRUAU. All of our posters are laid down on linen and carson paper backing for conservation and are in excellent condition. We offer framing advice and services. Our posters are on display on our website, and in our gallery at 1158 High Street Armadale. We recommend visiting us to experience the posters in person, we also have a selection of books on key poster artists and art periods to look through. We invite you to come in to the gallery, talk to us, let us show you through our posters and share with you our knowledge and passion for vintage posters.

The gallery holds a diverse collection of original vintage posters, for instance this early century cabaret poster from 1905.

We understand this early century style might not be for everyone but they are extremely important historical posters! And personally we love them !

Once advertised on a bus ! The story is…

Jean-Claude Forest (1930–1998) was a French comic book artist and writer best known for creating the Barbarella series, one of the most iconic and influential science fiction comics of the 1960s.

In 1965, Forest was commissioned to design a poster for Perrier, which was part of a larger campaign to promote the brand. His illustration was striking and embodied his signature style, featuring bold lines and a playful, surreal approach to design. The poster depicted a vibrant, dynamic scene that captured the lively, almost fantastical essence of Perrier’s branding.

Grace Jones ‘One Man Show’ original from 1980 has just arrived !

In the early 1980’s Goude worked closely with American model-turned-pop-star, Grace Jones. Together they helped shaped Grace Jones’ into an American icon. They created two of her most celebrated album covers, ‘Island Life’ and ‘Night Clubbing’.

Extremely happy receiving Leonetto Cappiello’s 1922 Parapluie Revel graphics, such as invitation cards and other beautifully printed and manufactured store materials that were sold with Revels umbrellas.

Cappiello’s Parapluie Revel’s poster became one of the most iconic poster designs of its time.
