We aim to showcase and support the best of local (Fleurieu and South Australia) produce and art/craft wherever possible. Unique to Pruners Hut will be our program of cooking classes aimed at providing exceptional food experiences and education, combined with wine matching from the McLaren Vale wine region.

Yes, it's definitely winter. Despite the current conditions, it's comforting to know that the sun is actually on its way back! This week celebrates International Chocolate Day. We do have a fabulous hot chocolate mix. We have art by Lynette in the gallery this month. The best thing about winter is the lovely hot dishes you can make, eg lamb shanks cooked in red w**e. A big congratulations to all those turning 70 this year. It's not that bad! Have a fantastic week. Keep warm.

How cold are these mornings? Now I know why so many SAers like to head north in June or July. If you are looking for something warm, our fresh pizzas are great with a hot coffee or hot chocolate.
