🍫 Celebrate International Cocoa Day with the Belgian Chocolate Village!
This 1 October, chocolate takes over Brussels and Koekelberg — and we would love you to be part of it.
Start the day at Manneken P*s from 8:30 a.m., as he is dressed in his special Koekelberg chocolatier costume, with pralines, speeches and a festive photo moment.
Then join us again in the evening for “The Cocoa Boat”, a narrative, musical and poetic concert by Ensemble Alma Ladina, at Frédéric Blondeel in Koekelberg, followed by a complimentary chocolate tasting and a drink.
And why not make a full chocolate day of it? Come and discover the Belgian Chocolate Village, just a few steps from Simonis, and explore the fascinating story of Belgian chocolate, cocoa, craftsmanship and taste.

À Koekelberg, le chocolat rencontre la culture, l’histoire et l’événementiel. Expositions temporaires, visites, dégustations, serre tropicale, salon Belle Époque, team buildings, privatisations… le Belgian Chocolate Village accueille tout au long de l’année visiteurs, écoles, associations et entreprises.

The Belgian Chocolate Village in Koekelberg is available for private hire for meetings, corporate events, co-ownership meetings, exhibitions, cultural events and weddings.
No mandatory caterer, with on-site catering options, in the historic setting of the former Victoria chocolate factory.

Le Belgian Chocolate Village à Koekelberg peut être privatisé pour vos réunions, événements d’entreprise, assemblées de copropriété, expositions, événements culturels ou mariages.
