📣To all aspiring comic book authors and our regular attendees of our annual Pitch Days : an important update on the 2026 edition! ‼

Since a few years the Comic Art Museum organises once a year the Pitch Days where beginning comic book artists can present their projects to publishers and receive constructive feedback on their proposals. Normaly, we organise this event during the BD Comic Strip Festival in Brussels. But unfortunatly this years edition of the festival is cancelled. ❌ But don't wory, despite its cancellation, our Pitch Days are still going ahead ✅, but they’ll take place later in the autumn! ✨

More details will follow in the coming months, so stay tuned! 👀

In collaboration with Association Raymond Leblanc.

🚀 Did you know that Hergé was way ahead of his time? A full fifteen years before the first moon landing in 1969, he sent his reporter Tintin into space 🧑‍🚀 in that iconic red-and-white rocket. A rocket that was actually quite realistic, as he sought thorough advice from scientists and engineers. 👨‍🏫👨‍🔧

We’re so proud that this icon of comic book history is on display in our hall! Don’t forget to take a photo with the rocket as a souvenir of your visit to the museum.😎

The mystery at the Comic Art Museum continues... 🙊

We’re working hard, everything is falling into place, the walls are taking on new colours and telling new stories, but... which ones? We’re keeping that a secret for now 🤐 or rather, a public secret, because you already know, don’t you?

While our team continues to build the exhibition, we’re sharing some new clues with you! Maybe you’ll find the answer in these photos?🕵️‍♀️

Do you speak a little French and fancy exploring Brussels’ comic strip murals this summer?☀️ Then join our guide Sarah Cordier on a tour!

On three Sundays in July and August, she’ll take you on a walk past the comic strip murals in the Marolles, the centre of Brussels and the Sainte-Catherine district. It’s the perfect opportunity to look up and get to know Brussels in a different way.

The Comic Art Museum on the road! ✈️

For the third year in a row, the Comic Art Museum is delighted to be co-organising part of the Tétouan Comic Strip Festival, the Forum International de la Bande Dessinée de Tétouan. From 18 to 22 May, we are here to bring students into contact with publishers, to introduce Moroccan 🇲🇦 and 🇫🇷 Franco-Belgian 🇧🇪 publishers to one another, and to organise various drawing sessions and other exciting activities. We are also proud to be able to show our travelling exhibition “Le réveil de Little Nemo” (The Awakening of Little Nemo) here. A wonderful week to celebrate comics and cultural exchange. 🥳

With the support of Wallonie-Bruxelles International and the Moroccan Ministry of Culture. 🤝
