Brrrrr 🥶! Mother Nature didn’t get the memo that Spring is here! Oh well… soon we will undoubtedly be complaining about the heat 😝.
On another note - remember (Wed) when I posted that I sold three paintings and had to redo my display? The new display featured a crow sculpture by Jerry Walsh Artisan . Yesterday, it flew out the door so I have a “hole” again lol… (I’m not complaining. It is a fantastic “problem” to have, lol…). The crows went to a good home 😉.
Anyway… here are some bright, happy photos to make today feel more like Spring!
Starting June 1st we are open 7 days/week, 10am to 4pm every day. Have a great weekend everyone.

Happy Sunday! We had an exciting day yesterday and I would like to share it with you. Only 4 weeks ago, I hung a new selection of fabulous pieces by Kentville artist, José Urbay. This included the three large works shown in my first photo. As you can see by the second photo, they are gone! Yesterday, all three works went out the door with a lovely local couple in Digby. Yay 🥳! I must say, as much as I am happy that they found a home, I miss them already 🥲. The third photo is my “temporary” display until José can bring in more work. It features driftwood/beachstone wall hangings by Cornerstone and a large crow/driftwood sculpture by Jerry Walsh Artisan. The fourth photo is simply to show you some other lovely new pieces we have in! Have a great day everyone. Open Wed-Sun, 10-4. We will be open 7 days/week starting in June. ☺️

Happy Long Weekend Everyone! What a beautiful day! I am excited to let you all know that we are now carrying an assortment of products featuring the artwork of Maud Lewis! Puzzles, magnets, bookmarks, stickers, dishcloths, coasters, prints, postcards, greeting cards, enamel pins and more! These are great gifts (for others or yourself - no judgement 😉) and the price points are very accessible. Come in and take a look! Open Wed-Sun 10am to 4pm. Closed this holiday Monday so I can get some sunshine too 😁.

Hello! Just a friendly reminder that we are CLOSED TODAY, FRIDAY MAY 1ST, to finish re-hanging/re-organizing the gallery. It is so exciting to bring out new work - like this beautiful hummingbird painting by Elizabeth Meyer ☺️. We are open this weekend, and then Wednesday to Sunday, 10am to 4pm, for the rest of May. After that, full steam ahead - 7 days/week. Have a great weekend everyone!

Good Morning! (Almost afternoon, lol). I am so happy that the sun is shining! I just realized that I am posting a night scene so that’s a little backwards, but this glass piece is so beautiful! I hope that everyone has a great day - happy and calm like this meditating mouse. Open all weekend, 10am-4pm.

This was the look on my face when I got out of bed this morning 😁. I was hoping for sunshine. This is also one of the leftover 2026 calendars that I still have in stock. ALL REMAINING MAUD LEWIS CALENDARS ARE 60% OFF (small and medium). They are still good for 8 months lol… I also have a CLEARANCE TABLE WITH 50% OFF ITEMS including bookmarks, stickers, cards, books, pins, and other “last of” items. I need to make some room! Open FRI/SAT/SUN, 10am-4pm.
