Red Friday Entertainment: Mike Hubley

We’re proud to welcome Mike Hubley , who has been entertaining local audiences for more than a decade, to this year’s Red Friday Celebration!

Mike’s performances feature a unique mix of classic and contemporary country, along with a lively dose of Rock ’n Roll oldies, creating an atmosphere that connects with music lovers of all ages.

You may already know Mike from the popular Waterdown Legion Fish Fry nights, where he brings energy and great music every third Friday of the month.

Join us on Red Friday to enjoy Mike’s live performance as we come together to thank our Veterans, Military Members, and First Responders. 🇨🇦

The Waterdown Legion Br. 551 invites the community to a special Red Friday Celebration. A free outdoor event to thank our Veterans, Military Members, and First Responders.

📍 79 Hamilton Street N., Waterdown (event takes place in the parking lot)

Everyone is welcome!

Join us for an afternoon of community and appreciation featuring:
• Food and refreshments
• Live entertainment
• Activities for kids
• Exhibits celebrating Canada’s military and community service
• Military and First Responder vehicles on display

🎖️ Ceremonies begin at 5:00 pm

Wear red to show your support and appreciation for those who serve.

Coinciding with RED Friday, the museum will be open to visitors from 4 pm to 8 pm. Student docents from Waterdown District High School will present new exhibits and share powerful stories of remembrance, service, and hope.

Our Museum Summer Series returns this weekend featuring guest displays from local museums and organizations during Waterdown Farmers' Market from 9 am to 12 pm.

Participating museums and organizations on Saturday include:
