Cet automne-hiver, découvrez 𝘏𝘠𝘔𝘕𝘌𝘚, la plus importante exposition consacrée à Stephanie Comilang à ce jour et sa première présentation au Québec.

À travers des installations vidéo, la réalité virtuelle, des textiles et des sculptures, l’artiste explore la migration, la technologie et les réseaux invisibles qui façonnent nos vies. Entre documentaire et fiction, ses œuvres tissent des récits de personnes, de lieux et d’objets pour imaginer d’autres façons de comprendre le chez-soi, l’appartenance et l’expérience diasporique.

🌐 NEW EXHIBITION: 𝘈𝘕𝘛𝘏𝘌𝘔𝘚

This fall-winter, discover 𝘈𝘕𝘛𝘏𝘌𝘔𝘚, Stephanie Comilang’s most comprehensive exhibition to date and the first presentation of her work in Québec.

Through video installations, virtual reality, textiles, and sculptures, the artist explores migration, technology, and the invisible networks that shape our lives. Blending documentary and fiction, her works weave together stories of people, places, and objects to imagine new ways of understanding home, belonging, and diasporic experience.

🔥 PREMIÈRE MONDIALE: 𝘍𝘰𝘪 𝘰𝘶 𝘧𝘦𝘶

Cet automne-hiver, PHI présente la première exposition d’envergure muséale de Jean-François Bouchard. À travers des œuvres inédites présentées en première mondiale, l’artiste explore les liens entre croyance, image et pouvoir dans l’espace public.

À la rencontre de prédicateurs de rue évangélistes aux États-Unis, Bouchard mobilise photographie, vidéo et installation pour interroger la manière dont les croyances et les idéologies se perpétuent dans nos sociétés.

🔥 WORLD PREMIERE: 𝘛𝘶𝘳𝘯 𝘰𝘳 𝘉𝘶𝘳𝘯

This fall-winter, PHI presents Jean-François Bouchard’s first museum-scale exhibition. Featuring new works presented for the first time, the exhibition explores the connections between belief, image, and power in public space.

Through encounters with evangelical street preachers in the United States, Bouchard uses photography, video, and installation to examine how beliefs and ideologies are perpetuated in contemporary society.

Jakob Kudsk Steensen has always been passionate about video games, and now draws inspiration from their landscapes to build immersive and spatialized sound ecological worlds using software specific to the field. At the intersection of science and pop culture, Kudsk Steensen invites us to observe fragments of our world—both real and reimagined—to navigate it as if through levels, and to reconsider it, all while granting us a heightened sens of agency on it.

Dans cette nouvelle capsule de notre série 1 œ𝘶𝘷𝘳𝘦 1 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘵𝘦, nous vous invitons à découvrir l’œuvre 𝘜𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘭𝘦𝘥 [𝘚𝘩𝘰𝘦𝘴] (2025) de l’artiste 𝗣𝗮𝗼𝗹𝗮 𝗣𝗶𝘃𝗶 avec Marie-Hélène, Directrice de l’éducation et de la médiation de PHI!

À la fois un commentaire sur la consommation de biens et le portrait d'expériences vécues, cette vaste installation regroupe des centaines de paires de souliers, une neuve et l'autre usée. Imprégnées par la vie est les parcours de celleux qui les ont portées, ces chaussures nous racontent leurs histoires. 🥾👠

What do your shoes say about you? 👟

In this new video from our series 1 𝘈𝘳𝘵𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 1 𝘔𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘵𝘦, we invite you to explore 𝘜𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘭𝘦𝘥 [𝘚𝘩𝘰𝘦𝘴] (2025) by artist 𝗣𝗮𝗼𝗹𝗮 𝗣𝗶𝘃𝗶 with Marie-Hélène, Director of Education and Mediation at PHI!

At once a commentary on the consumption of goods and a portrait of lived experiences, this large-scale installation brings together hundreds of pairs of shoes—one new and a worn out. Imbued with the lives and journeys of their wearers, these shoes tell us their stories. 🥾👠
