Valour Park Association’s 1937 Chevrolet Master Sedan, affectionately known as “Lulubelle,” is now entering the final phase of preparation before her long-awaited unveiling.

In a striking transformation that reflects the wartime spirit of the era, Lulubelle has been finished in authentic WWII olive drab, giving the classic Chevrolet sedan the appearance of a vehicle that could have been seen supporting the home front or military operations during the Second World War. Her bold new look bridges civilian automotive history with wartime heritage, creating a unique and memorable representation of the 1930s and 1940s period.
Still gleaming beneath the workshop lights as one of the final reminders of her original civilian elegance. The contrast between the subdued olive drab finish and the surviving chrome details gives Lulubelle a distinctive character, symbolizing the transition from peacetime luxury to wartime purpose.

With a few final preparations remaining, Lulubelle is nearly ready to begin her new mission: representing the Valour Park Association throughout the 2026 event season. From military commemorations and community parades to educational displays and heritage exhibitions, she will serve as both a conversation piece and a moving tribute to Canada’s wartime generation.

As anticipation grows for her official unveiling, Lulubelle stands ready to once again roll into public view restored, reimagined, and prepared to proudly carry history forward for a new generation.
