I n Irene Lasivita's work, the lines blur — between human and animal, between waking and dream. Starting October 3rd, we're showing Irene's work alongside Milu Correch's in our new exhibition UNFENCED. City and wilderness, observation and invention — two roads to the same place.

Milu Correch doesn't paint postcard scenes. She paints the corner she actually lives on — a parked motorcycle, a vegetable stand, a boy crouched under a tree by an iron gate. Everyday life, very concrete. And yet each painting holds something that goes beyond what's literally pictured: an energy, a vibration that never quite explains itself.

Starting October 3rd, we're showing Milu's work alongside Irene Lasivita's in our new exhibition UNFENCED. Two artists from Buenos Aires, two completely different vantage points — meeting at the same place: the magic that runs through the ordinary.

Irene Lasivita paints what begins beyond the city: figures shifting between human, animal and plant, beings caught mid-transformation. Trained at the Fernando Fader School of Arts in Buenos Aires, she has spent years developing her own visual language — between painting, our bond with nature, and a different way of seeing the relationship between people and the environment.

Buenos Aires as Milu Correch sees it: a motorcycle parked on the corner, a vegetable stand in the evening light, the everyday life of her own neighborhood. She first became known for her murals, now found around the world — from major cities to remote villages. Her paintings feel familiar, almost casual. And yet each one carries a quiet tension you can't quite grasp right away.

Robots are the central and constantly recurring motif in the work of Pixelpancho. His figures appear like relics of a forgotten future — marked by time, rust and decay. The artist describes his visual worlds as forgotten spaces beneath layers of dust and dirt, populated by robots as creations of humankind: damaged, worn and suspended between organic life and mechanical construction.

The artist’s surreal visual worlds exist somewhere between Urban Art, dystopian poetry and narrative painting. Characteristic of his work is the combination of richly detailed surfaces, melancholic atmosphere and a visual language that merges influences from Street Art, classical painting and contemporary illustration.

Born in Italy, Pixelpancho studied at the Albertina Academy of Fine Arts in Turin as well as at the Academy of Fine Arts in Valencia. Through numerous international projects, festivals and exhibitions, he became one of the defining voices of the Italian Urban Art scene alongside artists such as Blu, Erica il Cane and the Fame Festival. Altered Nature brings together ARDIF and Pixelpancho, two distinctive positions within Urban Art who approach nature not as representation, but as a dynamic and transformable condition. Both artists emerge from the street and urban art scene, where organic forms, technological aesthetics and urban influences merge in unique ways.

At the center of the exhibition is the idea of a nature that can no longer be understood as untouched or idealized, but instead as something shaped by human intervention, technological processes and cultural transformation.

In the works of ARDIF and Pixelpancho, nature appears as a hybrid system — both organic and constructed. While ARDIF’s visual worlds often reveal biomechanical structures in which plants and machines merge into one another, Pixelpancho develops complex scenarios situated between nature, architecture and mechanical elements. Structures appear simultaneously grown and engineered, while surfaces carry traces of time, memory, damage and repair.

Pixelpancho creates hybrid beings and scenarios in which technical and organic elements become inseparably intertwined. His figures appear both vulnerable and artificially constructed — machines endowed with human characteristics, emotions and memories. Rust, fractured surfaces and fragile constructions become symbols of transience, transformation and the continuous evolution of social and technological systems.
