Flowing currents of deep blues meet a radiant arc of orange, evoking a state suspended between uncertainty and renewal. 'Psychic Weather' by Maria Kozak suggests that darkness and light are not opposites, but companions - shaping our inner worlds and reminding us that hope persists through every season of transformation.

On view through June 13.

We are pleased to announce the representation of Marc C. Woehr as part of our gallery program. Navigating between urban art, abstraction, and the avant-garde, Woehr creates intricate reliefs and multi-layered pictorial spaces from digitally designed and laser-cut wooden elements, evoking visionary urban architectures beyond real-world locations. Rooted in graffiti culture, his distinctive visual language merges dynamism, spatial depth, and urban energy in a compelling way.

Stay tuned for his solo exhibition 'Unpresentable' opening on June 26. More information coming soon.

Maria Kozak often begins her paintings with digital sketches before intuitively translating them into physical works on canvas - allowing each piece to shift and transform throughout the process.

This approach also appears throughout 'Longer, Brighter Days', where initial ideas evolve through gesture, texture, and paint into emotionally charged landscapes.

In our latest podcast episode, Maria Kozak speaks with us about her process, transformation within painting, and much more. Link in bio.

'Fractured Atlas' by Maria Kozak presents a window-like grid of rhombuses in shifting colours, with subtly distorted figures emerging across the surface. A small, easily overlooked reclining figure in the lower right quietly anchors the composition.
Shown in Longer, Brighter Days, the work reflects on perception as fragmented and gradual, where meaning forms through accumulation rather than clarity.

On view trough June 13 at the EXOgallery.

'Sunflowers' by Maria Kozak embodies the emotional core of 'Longer, Brighter Days'

Against a deep blue ground, a pale green figure appears in quiet distortion, surrounded by sunflowers in the midst of fading and release. Balancing fragility with persistence, the work reflects the exhibition’s exploration of hope not as certainty, but as something that continues to exist alongside loss, transformation, and uncertainty.

The exhibition runs through June 13.

'On Looking' by Maria Kozak unfolds as a quiet meditation on perception and interior space.

A surreal meadow stretches beneath an equally fluid sky, where a solitary figure rests - gazing outward, yet seemingly turned inward. Surrounded by dreamlike blooms, the landscape becomes less a place than a state of mind, reflecting the fragile interplay between observation, stillness, and becoming. Now on view at the 'Longer, Brighter Days' solo exhibition.
