EPH Artists Co-operative was formed around the principle of providing an arts and cultural centre that has community involvement as one of its core objectives, and of being a democratic organisation run by its members. Our aim is to provide affordable space for artists, to run regular art/community workshops and to run exhibitions and arts events in our gallery space. The Electric Picture House is also available to hire for events.

EPH Artists Co-operative is an artist run venture based at Spindle Mill, Spindle Street in Congleton, Cheshire. Congleton Community Projects is also based here. EPH Artists Co-operative was formed around the principle of providing an arts and cultural centre that has community involvement as one of its core objectives, and of being a democratic organisation run by its members. Our aim is to provide affordable space for artists, to run regular art/community workshops, exhibitions and Arts events in our gallery space.
