A wonderful display of artwork is now on show The Burnavon Theatre 🎨

This council funded Arts & Disability project was organised through Beam Creative Network where service users within the local community got the opportunity to engage in making, painting& creating with workshops from artist facilitators including myself.

Our next series of tutor led sessions with local artist, Andrea Hayes Textile Artist commences Wed 29th April for 5 consecutive weeks.

Bring your medium or project and Andrea will guide you through techniques/ideas as well as meeting other like minded creatives.

Whether you are a beginner or looking to practise your skills more, you will be made very welcome!

We have one final felting class still to be finalised for June before we pause workshops for our summer break until September!

If you’ve missed a session or have a favourite design you’d love to create, we’d really value your input. Simply vote 1, 2, 3, or 4 (based on the image numbers) to help us choose the design for this last June class.

The workshop will take place on Saturday 13th June, 1.30–4.30pm. Once the design is finalised, we’ll release the class for booking.

No previous experience is required as Andrea will take you through the process of both wet felting and needle felting step by step and help you create your own picture.
