Tincleton Gallery

Tincleton Gallery is dedicated to exhibiting contemporary fine art in Dorset. The works include drawings and paintings as well as a selection of sculptures.

The works include drawings, paintings, prints as well as indoor and outdoor sculptures This does not always mean that we show only the work of Dorset artists or that the subject must always be Dorset. Instead we cast our eyes further afield looking for new insights and new artists as well as supporting the work of our local cadre. We have lived in the Old School House in Tincleton for many years a

nd since 2013 we have sought to bring the original school classroom back into public use for art exhibitions and music events. The Old School House itself was designed by the Victorian architect Benjamin Ferrey (b. 1810) and built in 1840 to provide schooling for Tincleton and the surrounding villages.

We are so thrilled to have the amazing Joe Houston play here Tincleton Gallery. Last night was a sell-out show with a wonderful programme that shows Joe's virtuosity. Debussy/Bartok/Brahms/Beethoven.

NAISSANCE - They are back again! We are taking bookings now for two very special concerts John Law & Jon Lloyd will be playing at Tincleton Gallery Friday 14th and Sat 15th November. 7.30 for 8pm start Tickets £20 and booking is essential. (note: ticket price includes interval drinks and hot snacks)
