Glorious music by J.S. Bach will be performed by The Ulster Consort, Tristan Russcher, and Matthew Owens at 6pm on Thursday 28 May at St Colmcilles Parish (Belfast BT4 3JB), part of our “60 minutes at Six” series. Included in the programme are three of his finest motets, the beautiful aria ‘Bist du bei mir’ (sung by Lynda Barrett), and a concerto for not one but *two* harpsichords!

Do join us for this life-enhancing music, all written “Soli Deo Gloria” (to the Glory of God alone), performed by our Northern Ireland musicians in an historically-informed, intimate, and invigorating way, in one of the most beautiful churches in Belfast.

Tickets are available in advance via https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/singet-dem-herrn-tickets-1975572683076 and, on the evening, at the door.

Having spent almost two years in storage due to a major refurbishment of the Chaplaincy at Queens, we are pleased to return this little Wells Kennedy organ to its rightful place including a little face-lift to blend in with the reordered interior. Our thanks to Fr Dominic and Consarc for your inspiration and patience and please visit should you be in the area.
