We are excited to welcome new ceramic artist Bora Çetin to The Gallery.

Originally from İzmir, Türkiye, Bora studied Ceramics and Glass in 2005 and received a Bachelor degree. Since moving to London in 2018, he has continued to develop his work, where his collections are built around rituals of daily life and at the coffee machine.

Bora’s practice centres on functional stoneware. Every cup is made with Bora’s hands, in his Waterloo studio, using the slab building technique he has developed and refined over the years.

His work has been featured in Meraki magazine and in architectural and design projects including work associated with Philippe Starck and YOO.

We are delighted to present a selection of Bora’s beautifully unique handmade cups, now available to view in the gallery and online.

After showing this weave in the gallery, I wanted to share it in its true form where the colours come alive - hanging outdoors, catching sunlight, a light breeze, and the changing colours of the day.

Some works change completely in natural light. This weave was made for sunshine, movement, and open air ☀️

Available in store and on our website.

Upcoming Exhibition | George Michael – Photographs by Brian Aris

We are delighted to announce a special summer exhibition of George Michael photography by acclaimed British photographer Brian Aris, whose remarkable archive spans more than five decades.

Brian Aris first photographed George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley of Wham! in 1984. Over the years, he gained George’s trust and went on to capture some of the most iconic and intimate portraits of the artist - offering a rare glimpse into both his public image and private character.
The exhibition coincides with the release of Brian’s new book, Celebrating George (published April 2026), a beautifully produced photographic tribute featuring iconic images, contact sheets, previously unseen photographs, and personal reflections from Brian’s time working with George Michael.

We are also pleased to welcome Brian to The Gallery on Saturday 4th July at 5pm for a special book signing and meet & greet with visitors.

✨ Featured Artist Window - Open Call

We are introducing a Featured Artist Window series as part of our evolving programme.

This is a 2-week showcase for selected artists in our front window space, offering visibility in a busy high street location alongside gallery-led promotion and sales support.

All submissions will be carefully reviewed by the gallery to ensure alignment with our current programme and curatorial direction. We encourage artists to familiarise themselves with the type of work we exhibit before applying.

The space is fitted with a professional hanging system and display shelf suitable for small works and easels.

The 2-week window operates on a rotating basis approximately every 4-5 weeks, scheduled around the gallery’s existing exhibition programme.
On selection, artists will receive:
• 2-week dedicated window display
• Promotion via our social media channels
• Sales handling with 20% commission
• Professional presentation in a curated gallery setting

Participation fee: £120 per 2-week slot (on selection).
We are looking for strong, considered work that responds to contemporary practice and complements the gallery space.

📩 Applications now open. Please send to [email protected]
